Biography:
Catherine joined Neeyamo, a leading global payroll and employer of record solutions provider, in 2022 as VP of Global Alliances. In this role, she leads the Alliances function to expand the partner network and build out the solution ecosystem to assist organizations in their global growth.
Prior to Neeyamo, Catherine spent five years with Safeguard Global, where she led the Strategic Partner Relations and Solutions Consulting teams. She has previously worked at firms such as EY, Mercer Consulting, and Fidelity Investments.
Catherine has over 30 years of experience in payroll and human capital and has worked as a practitioner, service provider, and consultant. She has lived and worked around the world, is a veteran of two expatriate assignments, and is a published author and frequent speaker on global strategy, service delivery, and operations topics. She holds a BA from Temple University and an MBA from Bentley University.
